identity of diesel engine

My elderly transit camper had an engine swap from petrol to diesel long before I bought it. I was told the diesel was out of a post office van but I've never known what engine it is. If I've mastered the technology it is possible I've either attached a photo or an URL to the photo. If this has worked can someone tell me what the enfine is (I was told it isn't a York engine
