Please Help ASAP! R reg Transit headlight bulb Wiring!

Can someone check which colour wires go where on the 3-pin bulbs, on both left and right headlights for me?

My plugs have disintegrated and I am trying to put the connecters back where they should be! There is no other Transits nearby that I can check or I would do it myself!

Please just tell me the colour of the wire and what terminal it goes to on the bulb - top, outer and inner - for both sides please. Top is the horizontal terminal, inner is the terminal closer to the engine and outer is the terminal closer to the wing/indicator.

The plastic plugs have literally fallen apart in my hands and I dont know which spade connector goes where on the bulb

Need to know ASAP has having no lights isn't cool, and I don't want to melt anything by trial and error!

Have you got a multimeter? Give trial and error a go, you wont melt anything.
