towbar fitting to lwb chassis cab?

Postby davev6newman » Thu Mar 09, 2006 8:28 pm

I want to fit a towbar to a 1998 150 chassis cab motorhome. trouble is it has chassis extentions fitted to where normally the towbar would go.....3 holes each side bolted up from the underside. the extensions dont have these holes predrilled, is it just a case of getting the same towbar and drilling new holes for it to fit in the extensions...or is there more to it?

I know the chassis cabs use a different tow bar to the vans, where did you get the tow bar from?
