What Gearbox Oil?

After rebuilding my gearbox to take the V6, I can't now get hold of the correct oil! :shock:

The Haynes says it should be EP80, the local oil supplier (Morris, I live in their home town) is telling me to use MT75 oil, is this ok? bearing in mind, I have an overdrive 'box

What about using EP75/80? can get hold of that.

Any help will be great, I'm hoping to get the van back together this weekend! :D

Looking at the Castrol website which was linked in another thread,

Gearbox Oil

Don't know if it's any use though! :D
Even if you don't need it, grab it.
The minute you do need it, it'll be gone.

:) in a overdrive gearbox use ep90 from halfords! :)
