bosch 145/146 alternates

Postby burrasilvestre » Thu Dec 03, 2009 11:54 pm

Hi I am pulling my hair with the lucas Epic Pump on my 1998 turbo diesel transit 100PS.
I cannot get a Bosch 145/146 in Australia where I live, to convert Lucas to Bosch pumps.

What is the criteria for the Bosch 145 to be conpatible with the Lucas Epic?

Maybe I can get an alternate pump with the same criteria and butcher it in and make it fit?

any will fit and work, its just the 146 or 146 has the best "map"

I have just fitted a bosch pump to my van and I live in Australia. I found a epic pump for sale on ebay but they also sold Bosch pump. look on Ebay for the UK and look at this item number https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/170395982256. the auction has finished but it has a phone number there to call. They were sellling for 200 pound
