can i change 1600 xflow for 1600 pinto

yes they will fit off the top of my head you will need to swop the exhaust downe pipe some of the wireing from one side to the outher the radiator or mod, the pipe work they will fit with a bit of work

If you are fitting 1600 Pinto, why not just put in a 2000?
