Hi, our travelhome has one of those which even tho we got it working it doesn't really heat enough water for anything useful. We checked we were getting a spark and then took the small ceramic jet out. You will need a very fine strand of wire to clean the jet. Also check that you are getting gas out of the jet. We do have a set of instructions for it for lighting etc.
Is yours a ci travelhome? Does it have twin rear wheels as the motorhome only had single? Ours is on the past featured van page if you want to compare.

It does heat water but only enough for a hand wash. We think its probably furred up inside but not sure how to go about cleaning it and can't seem to find any spares. If you know more then please enlighten us.

Rather than running water through it try some descale solution, that should do the job.

caravan shops usually will be able to help you with things like this, sounds like it may be the burners not working at full heat, does it fire up as soon as you turn the tap on??

yep, fires up ok but the water that comes out is only just warm. Thats why we think its the heat exchanger. Plan on trying to take it out and have a proper look. It is 30 yrs old after all!
