clicking diesel pump

hi i have a 1994 swb 100 2.5 d non turbo transit and the cam belt snapped on start up last week in the cold weather and the engine was frozen it ran for about 15 seconds and stopped with a rattlely noise, i took it apart today and sure enough the cam belt had snapped and on further inspection when i spin the fuel pump pulley it clicks and turns really easy is this ok ?

The click doesn't seem a problem, but how easy is real easy

many thanks for help the pump is good,cam belt replaced but two rockers broken!
