leaking desiel injection pump

i have a 97, swb, 2.5ltr turbo desiel transit and the injection pump seems to be dripping desiel. is the pump stuffed or can i fix it some how.

its leaking from underneath so i carnt see exactly were its coming from but its right in line of the join towards the front of the pump. so were the main part of the pump connects to a part on the front of the pump, if that makes any sense.

its this no (13) it is a little square rubber seal, only a £1.00, but b4 you take it off clean up then spray with white paint, when dry remove it and replace in exact same place, (or ecu light might come on) but you will have to remove pump from engine to get at as you can not see it.
