How many miles

How many miles would you expect a well looked after 2.4td mwb engine to do ? or how many is too many ?

wow to the moon and back nearly .......see iam looking at a mwb and its exactly what i need but its done nearly 200k so putting me of a bit but really clean and well looked after and at the right price and has all the right bits .......its like seeing that perfect womans body without the face to realise sh*t shes over 60

so it kinda puts you in that will i or wont i predicament

we had a m reg at work many moons ago when they got rid it had 378 thousand miles and was running fine

and theres plenty that didnt make 100k but like said make sure its been well looked after and it should see you through fine

"M" reg would have been a Mk4/5 with the older Di engine. Tony is asking about the newer Duratorq engine as fitted in the Mk6/7

someone who works with me run several , two with 500,000k jumbos, my own 2 major breakdowns 190,000

altransit i realise that now.mine has done 245.000 new engine 85k ago but still uses water im getting very dry now
