fuel pressure?

I have a 2001 Transit, swb 75ps with a DI engine, its only done 40,000 miles and wont start. Can any one tell me how much fuel/ and what sort of pressure should come out from the pipes at the top of the injectors when i take them off?

Any advice gratefully recieved!
