2.5 transit wont start in mornin, help anyone

i bought a t plate 2.5 non turbo transit swb low roof ex bt van, when u try and start it in the mornin it just turns over for around 15 to 20 seconds then fires up lumpy as if the fuel had run back to the tank, if you give it full throttle itl idle lumpy then eventually rev fine, the smoke cleares then itl fire up first flick of the key all day every time, tried new fuel filter and air filter, new battery and starter looks fairly new, any help would be great, and also my cosworth yb transit is finished so il get pics up soon

injector leak off mod been doen??(do a search for this it will bring up a few threads)

When did it last get a timing belt

i got exact same prob m8 gna try the leak off mod next and then change timin belt
i done the egr mod and it cleard the lumpyness ticks over rfine naw wen first started
