number plate lights for a mk2

hi, does anyone know if any other ford number plate lights will fit my Mk2 1982 camper, as despite passing its mot I just discovered mine arent working, due to corrosion i think and maybe a faulty wire. if anyone can advise it would be appreciated as i dont want to spend all day traipsing round a scrap yard comparing lights, thanks

Somewhere like towsure will be able to do some nice little ones off a trailer.

I am fairly sure that all kinds of fords were fitted with these number plate lights. I would have a close look at them first, cos aren't they chromed plastic?

right i'd prolly try to fit mk3 ones (or any easly found light) then the back panel will file out easy with a dremmel - i modded mine to take mk2 ones - infact mk3 ones might be the same ?? but there allways gonna be easier to find - i'll check on mine next time im up!!
