Lockable wheel nuts for non alloy wheels?

Do such a thing exist? I hope so because toe rags have taken 2 wheels of my van and i'd like to stop them taking any more. its vulnerable where its parked and im sure they will be back.

you can use alloy wheel locking nuts - so long as they arnt the sleeve type (the alloys should still have a taper)
