Hi already done that, i cut the chassie 1 meter behind the cab, then i cut another truck behind the cab as close as, then i bought a sheet of 3mm steel and some lenths of 50mm box section i then cut some 1 meter lenghts of the steel and box exactly the same height as the internal chassie, then i drilled the steel and plug the holes with a strong mig creating a sandwich plate, the internal width of the chassie is 56mm so the box and 2 slices of steel are perfect, then i drilled plenty of holes in the 2 parts of chassie so when the sandwich was inserted it could be welded, i then marked centre of the sandwich and inserted it into the cab half of the project,i welded the holes, then i brought the rear end to meet it and with the aid of ratchet straps and mates i slid them together and zipped it all up, perfect, my mate bought it from me at leasr 3 years ago and uses it daily, i made up a 4 piece prop with 3 centre bearings  works a treat :D obviously you can cut the 2 chassies where you need to get the required lenght 8) then i put in a 99 turbo motor removed the epic, chucked on a bosch and tweeked the pump  he phoned me not long after he bought it saying he was returning from Coventry with a Jensen Interceptor on the back doing 90

Isn't the R reg the model with the axle at the back of the chassis? Try getting chassis extentions from Ford, though I think you will only get 1-1.5M on the back this way at best.

yep  55 a ton down here for steel/cast
You only need two tools in life: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.
