Service light ( Spanner )

I have an 04 260 swb med roof. I have serviced it myself and everything is grand.

The only thing thats annoying me is the service light on the dash. How can i reset it or get rid of it?

There is a way to do it. Try asking coconut or Frag

Hi
Press the brake & throttle pedals down HARD together, switch on the ignition, hold pedals for about 15 seconds & it'll go out. Alternatively you could try getting it serviced .

hello mate
if you
step 1 switch ignition off take out key , step 2 then put your feet on accelerator & brake pedal keep both press step 3 put key in & switch ignition on but dont start wait between 10 / 30 seconds with feet still on pedals spanner will start to flash step 4 switch ignition off job done , sometimes you may have to do do step 1 & 2&3 a couple off times till it starts to flash but it always work service lots of these vans

Thanks guys. I am liking this forum. And Terry I have just serviced the van. I get the parts on trade so its cheaper than the garage and I can do most things myself.
