Wheel alignment toe-in toe-out Ford Transit 2003 RWD.

Postby iulian » Sat Mar 13, 2010 11:16 pm

Just done the wheel alignment.
Are these values from the report normal for a Ford Transit: LF Toe-in / RF Toe-in: 10 degrees, Total toe: 20 degrees?
Remember a friend of mine was saying's got to be 0 degrees.
Julian.

Are you sure there isn't a decimal point in front of that number :?:

Ford Transit 120 TDI EPIC Automatic. 0-60 in a leisurely and smooth 12.7 seconds and 1/4 mile in 19.1 seconds. Now where's all these faster? manual Di s?

Im with Andyg, I would have thought 0.1 or 1.0 degrees not 10. 10 degrees is a lot of toe whether in or out and would shred the tyres in no time, and it would be awful to drive.

I'd expect a RWD to have a fraction of toe in, so yes that sounds OK. But always go with the manufacturers figure.
