running rough at tick over

Help i have a Ford Transit 125BHP Diesel owned from new. it has done 98343 miles. Started to run rough at tick over. Runs fine when driving pulls away no prob and acceleration ok too. but when stationary very rough idell. when you move accelerator revs do not change for about 1/2 an inch throttle peddle movement.Took it into a Local Ford Main Dealers they changed Valve Pump and Fuel Filter. Told them that it only serviced at beginning of year by main dealer and had aldready had new Fuel Filter. If anythink it is more lumpy than before. Charged £225 which included MOT . Was not too happy when they returned it not fixed. Passed MOT which is good. They said that next step would be to change injectors at £200 each + fitting want some help someone out there must of had same problem. Can it be the injectors even though it runs fine when driving.Live in Maldon Essex can anyone recommend next coarse of action. It is a 04 plate Engine number is 4A52627
