hi! i have a 02 reg 125 350 transit and when i put water in the header tank it goes straight into engine sump,it remarkable at the rate it happens,it dosnt get time to mix and you can drain it out of the sump,the van starts and runs ok but ive not run it for long.
any ideas?? thanks wayne.

ive took the cooler off the top of oil filt housing and it seems ok!!
