Ford Transit minibus

Hi I'm about to buy a Ford Transit minibus it's a 51 plate swb T300 2.5TDi can anyone tell me what to look out for on these on a test drive and inspection etc it's done 113000miles, what should I be paying for one of this age and mileage its average condition, Oh and also what Mk is it lol many thanks in advance Justin

I've just found out in the forum it started out its life as a van and is a 2.0l 75ps t300 not a 2.5 as advertised would this affect the price as it is not a factory fitted minibus etc as its advertised at £2000? is the 2.0l turbo diesel only 75hp? so many questions lol many thanks justin

The engine on the minibus is the same as this but has a turbo clearly visible where the inlet manifold is on this engine in the pic? I'm confused lol

1. Its a MK6
2. MK6 2.0 FWD were available as 75ps 85ps, 100ps, and 125ps
3. Lots of minibuses are converted from standard vans by coach builders
4. Price sounds reasonable

6. All MK6 are turbos

Cheers Kyle, The turbo is on the back of a 2.0 fwd, between engine and bulkhead
