EX-RAC ON DASH & ELECTRONIC GIZMO REMOVAL...

G'dae y'all...
I have a delicious orange 04 reg ex-RAC Transit that still has all it's RAC pieces intact except the roof lights...
As the title of the posts suggests i want to get shot of the on dash hands free & computer gizmos... Now... is it prudent just to cut the wires & stuff them back down the holes from where they come or should i take the whole van apart looking for where to disconnect them???
If per chance i can remove them without totally destroying them would anyone be remotely interested in acquiring them as i have no use for either item...
ALSO!!! while i think about it the back has ALL the expected RAC workshop fit out that i'm intending to remove... does anyone have any advice for the removal of the electrics/cigarette lighter hook ups etc etc?? if anyone is interested the workshop cupboards, boxes, bulkhead would be available also...

i'm a rank amateur & want to do a decent job so many thanks in advance to anyone who has any words of wisdom...

Thinking about it & having a bit of a poke around does anyone have any ideas as to how to get the centre dashboard console to come apart? like i said in previous post, i am a rank amateur, especially at deconstructing the interiors of vehicles, so any pointers to achieve the desired result without the total destruction of the component parts would be appreciated..

To remove the centre dash console you first have to remove the trim around the speedo

The best plan would be to remove all of the disused wiring right back to the fusebox/battery
