Hub question.

Hello all, i just joined however i dont own a transit.

I have a mk6 Fiesta Zetec S. The PCD on the fez is the usual ford 4x108 which makes it a right ballache to get pcd adapters made up for 'original' wheels - I have in mind a set of porsche or merc wheels. Now as Porsche's are 5x130, adapters cant be made as the holes would overlap.

Now I'm wondering if its possible to fit Tranny hubs to my mk6 Fez as i believe they are 5x160? which would be perfect to get adapters.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I doubt it - you would need a hubs from a mk6/7 (00->) fwd and probably some funky bearings and CV joints.

it *might* be possible to get an extension welded to the fez hubs and redrilled to the 5 x 130? Remember you will also need to do something with the brakes
