Hi peeps, this is a bit of a strange request. I have been told when giving a diff specialist the numbers off of a dismantled crown-wheel that these might be Transit single-wheel diff-ratios
The numbers are 5 1 319178 then 456099
he particularly said the 456 was Transit.
The problem I have is that the planetry-gears have been welded up on a Minibus I bought ( twin-wheel RWD Renault Mascott y-reg 2001 ( using Iveco 2.9td engine & 6sp Iveco box )) Renault are asking £850+VAT for the planetry-gear assembly....My thoughts are that if the crown-wheel is from Transit chances are the diff is as well or renault are using Transit axles for this model, in which case locating a Transit Axle is going tb be easier than locating a Mascott axle.
Wheels are 5-lug
Any info at all is greatly appreciated even info steering me to someone that can help.
Kind regards
