I would start with a wander round a large breakers (little ones won't keep vans n campers). Look for a camper or minibus and check out how the windows are fitted (as long as thay are not too big). Failing that, have you tried a local autoglass fitters, for the rubber fitting gromet. No harm in asking of you can buy the stuff by the foot, if available. As for the glass, a mini bus would be the best sourse.

can't you swap the doors for minibus type with the window allready in? the nearside would be fairly easy to get! not to sure about the off side one though i think 99% of minibus's were single door!

my suggestion on this will depend on your model of van .... i know it works on a mkII, but will depend what curve you have on yours,

I used solid windows from an LDV 400 or convoy, these are flat left to right but curved just right in the vertical plain and very, very easy to fit,

1) Remove the rubber strip from around the glass
2) drill out the rivets
3) rremove whole unit all in one :)
4) make a template of the hole
5) trace hole using template on your door
6) put whole window unit into new hole, and mark rivet holes
7) remove window and drill holes
8) add sealant if you wish then replace the window assy and rivet the new window/frame in place and replace rubber strip

viola .... works a treat on a mkII minibus .... no opening quarter panel windows, and these are a little bigger so if original ones are rusty around fitting edge .... no worries as you cut this section out when opening hole out :)
also available in different sizes .... LDV 400 rear ones are bigger, good for O/S, whereas, middle ones are shrter and good for doors on N/S

oh .... and forget to say, these also veryyyyy cheap and lots of them at breakers yards :)
