Transit MK6 batteries seem low or not charging

Hi have Transit mk6 minibus - replaced two batteries under seat for new also new alternator - but starting is difficult seems like not charging or being drained any help or known faults - thanks guys.

normally starter motor problem full of clutch dust if its more of cranking problem

Hello thanks for your reply - Someone else told me this and you confirm that I should look at this starter motor I will have ago at removing it over the weekend and post back later.

Thanks for your help poppyabe you were right starter motor just about knackerd decided to put on a new one - problem sorted.

Probably need a new flywheel as well otherwise you'll be replacing the starter again soon.

was ther starter full of brown dust??if so as mpuk say flywheel on the way out..

if u do deicide to do clutch and flywheel do ur self a favour and convert to solid flywheel they are cheaper then dual mass replacment and no more agro

Hi yes some brown dust but not to much just thought that as it was out of the vehicle I would renew it - point taken about the flywheel replace with solid type - many thanks for all your comments guys.
