cooling problem

Postby brian the bouncer » Wed Jun 02, 2010 7:22 pm

just got a transit.........easy to drive, its an 10yr old one, only 38.000 miles. took it to a garage to get it checked over..........they changed cambelt.
i drove it home........got home, massive hole in radiator.....water pouring out..........i fixed it and took it back, they fitted new radiator.
i thought there was something missing when i temporarily fixed it?.....couldnt quite put my finger on it? got it back today, and realised what it was........
i cannot believe that a professional garage would forget to put the Fan back on, cause its there now, but it wasnt there on friday!!! when the rad blew, unbelievable!! im now worried in case it has damaged the engine.
