is the 2.2 tdci from the fwd transit 2009 a original ford engine or a psa engine?

ford and peugouet habve been developing some engines together since 1999, the 2.2 comes from the duratorque 2.0, but with soom help from peugeout i think.

just bought a new transit and it already ended in the garage with a problem,been reading alot about ford engines lately and there are some problems with the psa engines that ford uses.so i was wondering if my ford has a ford engine,because that is one of the reasons i bought it!luckely it has and the problem was only a minor one.a tube from the turbo was lose...

i read on belgian ford forums that the psa engines used are oil leakers if you dont drive them properly.and from around 150000km alot of maintenance costs..not my words!

how are you supposed to drive em then ?
