fault code p1564 any ideas?

leakin fuel from valve in middle of pipes on injector pump. changed valve still not starting .reading fault code p1564 ??????????????????????any ideas.

p1564 fuel injection pump requesting reduced fuel mode,not sure but sonds like its going into limp mode
