09 transit sport van 140ps knocking noise

hi,i have owened a transit sport van for a little over 6 months, nice van but 1 annoying noise coming from front wheels knock or rattle of some sort when i go over bumps or pot holes, or when i turn from one road into another half a turn of sterring wheel,does not do in wet only in dry weather.been into fords twice and they say no play in any of joints.what can this be ?????????????????????????

Not sure about MK7 but it does happen on MK6 so probably
