None start after Fuel metering solenoid replaced

Hi,

Any help with the above would be greatly appreciated. Have fuel up to all 4 injectors. Does the pump now have to be recoded?

My van is 2002, SWB, 100bhp, 2.0TD
Snap on scanner shows no codes
System blead to injectors

Did you fit a new one? Why did you fit it?

replaced with new bosch unit. due to old one was leaking.

How critical is it for it to be located exactly between the 2 injector pipes?

pretty sure that these have to be torqued up to certain stages. this is what i was informed by john hoggs diesel specialists anyway when i asked about changing my solenoid. dont take my word for it cos they may have been feeding me with bull but u never know

Same problem on my transit 260 swb td 2002, milage 170k, but not sure i put solenoid wires same way
Could be any damage to controller?
Had no time to tray other way yet and not sure about risk
No fault codes just not start, have fuel up to injectors.
