Axle ratios

So...............my SWB 2.3 FWD has a 5.13 ratio back axle.Is this good for towing(light or heavy loads).Top speed.Acceleration(is quite quick anyway and axle hops.)Economy??

New area for me.

how does a fwd have 5.13 back axel, :?: :lol: :lol: :lol: ..if its a rwd with a 5.13 axel yes that is a towing axel

So what would I need to put a bit more on the road and not worry about the towing ability.

A 4.63 would reduce the revs at 70 and possibly help the fuel consumption

would a 4.63 still have the same initial acceleration from standing start?
