2.0l Pinto engine timing belt

Postby billnfi » Mon Jun 28, 2010 12:20 pm

Hi can anyone tell me if the timing belt from a 1.6 Pinto engine will fit my 2.0l. was given one by a friend who used to have a sierra.
My Tranny is a mk3 1988 camper.

I'm not certain, but I think they are a different length, ........... and as Terry has said, they are cheap enough to buy new.

I wouldn't fit a belt which has been around for a while anyway, even though it's not been fitted
