unlocking of rear doors with key

my transit is an 03 year 2.4 diesel lwb. I have broken my remote key fob and cannot now lock my van as I dont know how to unlock the rear doors with the key

place the key in the drivers door lock, unlock the door with the key (but dont open it), then twist the key again into the unlock position twice and you should hear the rear doors working, and locking the rear doors is the same in reverse
