Tow bar question

I have been given a tow bar for my 2002 transit and the person who gave it to me left the brackets attatched to his van when he sold it

I have the tow bar but the 'upright' sort of brackets that bolt from the frame of the towbar itself to the actual van are not there.

I have been looking at pics and they seem to have a sort of curve where the van is slightly wider. I was thinking of having 2 plates/brackets made but would it be hard with the curve of it?

Is there anywhere that will do the brackets on there own?
