Please help!!!! Non starter

Hi all, sorry to make this my first post, but I'm hoping someone can help me out.
I have a w reg 350 lwb transit that was running perfectly up until a few days ago when it just died on me with no signs of it happening.
The van turns over perfectly but will not fire
The only problem code I get with the diagnostics is reduced fueling, think it was p1564.
I'v checked for fuel at the injectors and there's plenty, i'v checked timing and all is well there too, and I'v also replaced the diesel filter and housing and now I'm out of ideas.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks for the quick reply!!!
I'v read most of these already and checked all the wiring etc and still can't get to the bottom of it, i'v had four different mechanics convinced that the diesel pump isn't at fault now so still stuck as of what to try next.
