My transit van doesnt start!

Hi,when i turn the key i did hear a clicking relayand lights flashing on dash,, then i took out and charged battery. now no clicking relay and lights dont flask except immobiliser which flashes. turned on lights and they stay on when turn ignition, but still nothing, so am i right in thinking the starter motor?
also i have been converting to camper in back so wiring in some lights from a secondary battery, thought maybe i went through a wire so have isolated back by taking out fuses and removed secondary battery, all pre installed. or is it the immobiliser?

As you don't say what van you have, i'm only guessing, but usually if the ignition is on and the immobiliser light is flashing, then the immobiliser isn't happy

If you look under yyour stearing wheel you should see a yellow wire have alook and see if that has came out the conector if it has put it back in and that should fix the problem, sounds like you have power but no ignition, this happend to me one day i was leaving for work, had to get a bump start to my mates took him a while to figer out the problem but it was one yellow wire.
