How to remove drivers seat base mk6

Wondering how to remove the arse bit where you sit because its quite worn and i would like to put a new one on, any advice appreciated!

Easy.remove the whole seat and turn it over.remove the metal rings that you need to to release the material and sponge.
I used cable ties to repl.ace the rings in reffitting an hours job
