My new year resolution is to tidy up the little rust spots that are starting to appear and to give it a good brake/Mechanical service,it has proved bulletproof over the years I have owned it,it needs a bit of time spending on it now,it even failed to start on me one frosty Morning.
Here it is as our Bedroom at Imp Nationals.


Anyone else have any Van related Resolutions?

I have made a start tidying up the van,new ball joints and drop link bars fitted by local garage for me,it had developed a nasty squeak on the steering which is now cured and it's driving superbly again,need 4 new tyres,a windscreen and a bit of paint to get it back to how it was when this pic was taken...


I have some feelers out as far as the windscreen and local garage reckons he can get tyres for approx £50 each fitted so will update here as and when....

Quick update,bought a new Battery,£66,not a bad price,spinning it over nicely now it is,4 new tyres,new windscreen,ball joints and tie bars,had it tracked,it was way out! I thought I would give it a clean and rub out the rust spots ready for the Wife to use it on Holiday with our 11 year old and wife's Mother,they are off to Fishgaurd next weekend,give 'um a wave if you see the van about.
