Always planning
The nearside lower parts are looking very scabby now, and it was planned for refurbishment this year, but various family events and the heatwave have foiled my attempts so far
It's years since I did spray painting, and not sure where all of my various bits of gear are stashed, but I'm just looking at the possibilities .................

You've identified the major flaw in my plan; in my old house, my garage was at the end of my garden down an alleyway where no-one went, and no-one cared what I did, welding and spraying didn't need to be thought about
My garage now, faces the front of the house, and the road, with the eyes of about a dozen houses surrounding the green on the opposite side of the road, and there are definitely a few curtain twitchers around.
So my dream of spray painting may have to stay as a dream
