Not a good excuse cos there's loads of other jobs I could get on with but...still waiting for the welder man to fit the new panels. which should motivate me to get on with it.He blagged me last week so I'll be on his case tomorrow to sort it.

it would have been useful to have had it sorted this week as the recovery truck is back at the bodybuilders having repairs/extra toolbox/new winch cable etc.(pictures to follow in my other thread when she gets collected) (recovery 1998)
Been out picking cars up in a fiat punto today, very professional!

The van is still being moved around the yard by the (useless) welder.Wings & rear arches are on,but bizzarrely he's missed the front arches, like I'm going to replace all rusty panels and leave the bubbly front arches???Problem is probably no money left in job.(ie.already spent money)
I've been busy on other projects so not that bothered but I've got a mountain building up in workshop that needs moving soon so I'll beat him with a big stick this week...

Are we allowed bull bars anymore?I remember there being a hoo ha years ago about them for endangering pedestrians.(Best keep out the road then if you see a large vehicle coming)
Anyway,I got a slightly better bull bar last week so I may replace with that when I paint the old girl up.(If I ever get the thing back).
