as above i went to me local tractor acruculture place and brought the paint . they do a good plain range nothing fancy! spent a couple of days wet and flatning by hand yeh the filler could b better but hey i wasnt after a show winner  just a tidy van . then mixed the paint up to there ratio then tessted on a bit of ply and ajusted mix then blew it over with me hobby compressior and gravity fed gun for a £10 er simple realy and the way i look at it i just patch up paintwork with whats left
at the end of the day what it cost me isnt even the price of all the cleening materials would av cost ie cutting back compound ect and probly a 3rd of the price of a detail valet wich wasnt worth it on a tatty van
cheers for ure coments if u want the paint name and suppler i can let u no
