Now searching for a mate with a metal folder.

Any mates out there, filling that description?

Too late for the n/s/r but when I do the rest of the van, I'll either use my mates folder or make something up to fit on the edge of my workbench. Good solid worktop with a nice overlap on the front edge and some flat steel bar along it, I should be able to clamp the sheet steel between that and another piece of flat bar and bend it myself? It'll certainly speed up the process... Or stop being at tight sod and buy the sections when I'm in the UK? Are they available?

Got the afternoon off and it looks as though it might stay dry? Going to have a go at the arch on that side or maybe the bits of floor alongside the n/s/r arch? Spoilt for choice with this van
