Thought i would start a thread for my truck. This is how it was when i bought it back in August.









I havent done anyhting to it really, going to be doing some work over the next few months so i will keep this updated.

All suggestions etc are welcome.

Was driving on the motorway tonight and the truck started shaking, thought it was strange and stoped to have a look. Noticed the front drivers tyre wasnt too good.

I check them on a regular basis so was shocked when i see what had happend. Even more shocked when i got the wheel off. Going to get 2 new ones on Monday.

that happened to me once....

but when I tried to jack it up I had too much weight on so the jack wouldn't lift it (bottle jack)

so I had to keep driving....

it got worse so I stopped again.... it had another bleb on it exactly the same on the other side....

still couldn't jack it up, so just kept driving

a little while later the noise went away !!!!

stopped again and it had blebed out all of the way round making it even again


I changed it later once once I had a few deliveries done

Well had the tyres changed, alot better now.



Thought i would give the van a service, i bought it in August and wanted to do it.Got round to doing it today. Old fuel filter on the right.

making it less like a sieve..
removed the n/s wing insulation and found unwanted ventalation

cut some plate and pointed the mig welder at it..

then some white...err gold smoothrite..

then bolted in the 2nd battery tea tray...
