hi there,
have just bought my first transit its a 1996 120 :)
has 112k on the clock (thought this was rather good? )
have alot of crazy ideas 8) for it lol
got some pics to make you all wet ;)

these seats are going in the front just the pair no centre passenger ;)

started doing the cambelt yesterday in the rain of course being cornwall lol so made a makeshift awning ;)

took the fan completly off this was a joy :/

new one on :) with a little help from a helpful forum member (dnt remember his name off hand)

once fitted turned over by hand a locked half turn :( so thought was timmed out by 180* so just
incase took rocker off and checked to make sure everything was ok but ....

so all went well untill we found this :)
once we have bought a new rocker shaft/lifter
hopefully will continue with more pictures

couldnt get the wings in time for mot so fibre glass and smooth layer of filler :oops:

what does the green button on the dash do on the gear knob picture ?

I would guess it's for the roof beacon.

nope i have a switch on the right hand side of the dash for that :)
it must be connected up to something as has power to it with a green light :?

Good luck with the restoration, doesn't look like it's too terminal in the rust department, shall have to look out for you at a meet then hehehehehehe

sshhhhh ;) its deffo a nitrous button...

and cheers hasnt been too bad so far, its actually great on rust only the wings and a little bubbling on the rear arch's and rear doors :D underside has seen a welder in the past but only a couple of patches. was a farm vehicle so i guess the cow sh*t and dirt has protected it :lol:
i think the 1st show im going to is "fordfair" in august
but im hoping it has been lowered and a set of alloys by then exhaust etc
