joy alot of german type transits had the mirror,s were your are fitted! belive me if you had the ones on the wings you might as well drive along with a blindfold on!

ooh no it dont add value haveing windows added it takes it away!
there is alot of camper mk1 about as such but panel vans with no windows are much harder to find!
i am not keen on windows and if they have been fitted after market then its a big no no from mew!
the only reason i have windows in my mk1 is that was the only way to have them but 2 new side doors will sort that some day!

so, u still suggest i start buying these german vans for uk market without any window so u an finally buy the van u really really want

joy german feuerwehr transit without windows are hard to fine ,oh and with the english engine as well! i am thinking of a mk2 but not that many for sale !

alot of the problem is as i said to grandaddriver is you email the german sellers and they dont reply! it is a great shame but maybe they think its a scam or something!

but i do understand

when i try to sell a car here, 9 out of 10 e mails i get, is just a lot of questions (bullshit) and its always about the price when they didnt even come over to look at the car ,only just by picture

9 out of ten sudden they dont reply anymore

after 3 times u think, yeah right, f*** off,contact only by phone, thats it

the ppl who call are really interested, not the mailers

in my ads i put in: only phone, period, and i leave no email adres

so, its understandable

NO YEPEEEs it s to have a di fitted ,going to tow with it i hope !!

Well if you're gonna change it, then at least fit a TURBO unit in there

AND before anyone says anything about the electronics

Fit it with the Bosch pump NO electronics at all

It'll pull really well and be your best bet when towing, especially uphill


What diff ratio do you have at the moment I bet it'll be a very slow one to take into account it was an automatic perkins

So this will need to be changed
