I got the stuff through my work mate (work in a garage, so got it trade price), hopefully start taking old floor pan out tomorrow, might take a week off work soon and try get some done, all fun and games

Cupboard removed, more ply wood out (nightmare to get out, what ever they stuck it down with worked) and carpet cut out, got enough stripped out now to start taking floor pan out

Started taking floor pan out tonight, more rotten than I thought, get spot weld drill out tomorrow try get rest out and rear cross member :(

Bit more done today, most floor pan out now (some job), recommend a 10mm spot weld bit instead of an 8, edges along outside of chassis rails gona need replaced and more rust found front spring hanger drivers side, these transits don't half rust

O/S Chassis rail welded up and new lip welded on

N/S was was just as bad as O/S but that's them done, on to rear cross member and spring hangers tomorrow

Rear cross member removed, welded a temp piece of bar in to hold everything in place

New cross member in and a lick of red oxide

O/S and N/S spring hangers and new rear inner corners welded in

Axle and springs rubbed down ( couple hours chipping rust of the axle, hope she doesn't start leaking) and 2 coats of red oxide
