Thanks. Ive fitted new alloys. Had seats put in back with new floor and had 2 side windows put in. Will upload pics over nxt couple of days.

Because i havent finished the soun deadining i cant fully comment. But this wk im hoping to put the rest in. Ive got recycled plastic bottle insulation to go in next then on top of that ive got foil bubble wrap. I searched for ages to find something that wasnt to expensive without compromising the sound deadining and insulation. A guy in work with me put me onto this way of doing it and he swears by it. So time will tell. I have found a cheaper supplier for the flashbanding. It comes in 400mm×10M and quite cheap. Needed some more for the roof and going to put a double layer flashband over wheel arches. If you want the ebay link for that flashband then let me know.

When you use the flash band. Its best to have a hot air gun. Heat the panel up a little. Doesnt have to be boiling just enough to take chill off panel then heat flashband up when backing tape removed. This gives it a much better bonding. It does go really sticky and is much easier to roll over bumps and shape.
