Spec -

87,000, one previous owner. 85 PS T280 with optional AC/tinted glass pack, 4.54 FDR
Replacement IP
Now has clear side repeaters, MK7 wheel trims with steels painted black behind, looks much better.
Did have a workshp in the back, but converted it to suit my needs.

Had some running issues as detailed on another thread - viewtopic.php?f=5&t=37129&start=15

Inlet manifold gunk cleaned, fuel tank dropped and found 'that' magnet  new filter housing etc so when the real issue was found, runs sweet as a nut!

Remapped last week by Martyn, over the moon with the results, approx 110bhp and 200lb ft now.

The blue box is a disposable paint pot dispenser.

Van is washed every week and when its a bit warmer, the sills are being stripped to bare metal, shot blasted, rust treated, zinc primed and stone-chip protection, same for rear arch bottoms. The roof seams will be getting the same treatment but will hve seam sealer strips fitted over them as per LWB High Roof's, then repainted. All a work in progress....

Have tinted the windows in light smoke, makes a big difference, and had a quote for signwriting which will look something like below -

Managed to get half my house in the back of it last week as part of the move to Norfolk, surprised me as all my work stuff was in there too! Continues to impress with its responsiveness and torque since the remap, ran it on V-Power diesel and its like a rocket, smoke is also minimal, so have your cake and eat it!

Yeah at some point i may do the lights, not decided yet, thought about tinting the orange section dark which would look good and match the tint.

Yes very happy still, had no problems keeping up with a 2.2 TDCI 110. Have got 38mpg from it so its capable of returning good economy but not at the same time as performance! Very usable, you dont need to go over 2500rpm to get moving at a decent pace. Should have come from the factory like it!
