Now I am starting to fully gut the van as I want to fully refit all the insides making it all myself and taking the insides back to the steel, follow what I have to do here in this video

Hi

well with all the repair work done and the van insullated to a point never seen before (i think lol) and the new carpet fitted, it was time to start to do the walls, now please remember this is the first time I have ever done any thing like this before so it was a bit of a worry as to if it would go back together at all, but as you can see its not that hard I made a very nice inner window for the kitchen area and fitted new carpet to all the wall and ceiling panels and at this point am getting well pleased with my self

anyway have a look at this video of it and see what you think

Dont get me wrong, I think youve done a cool job of it 8) just when people sites go down, url run out or they stop using photobucket etc. its lost for the future :wink:

you asked that a make it an update and I am doing I can change the fact that its already finished, or are you saying people cant learn from things that are already done or even wont be interested in it??? if thats the case then say so and I will leave the site as I dont have another one to do just to show people

I watched all the vids started at 7 pm and before i knew it it was 3 am :shock:
Kept surprising me with innovative ideas and skill - a true craftsman.

I keep promising myself a self built dayvan and your vids are inspiring.

I love the way the workshops's set up too very clever out feed system for your saw top marks

Hi

well now i am doing out the cab!!! all the steelwork is to be coverd with a foam backing and the a nice leather vinyl , it was quite easy to do any one could do it have a look
