Been in touch with Pete at Exhausts uk, and got quoted £550+the dreaded!
So I'm now going down the route of having the d/pipes made and connecting to the oe system
this will be new because mine is rotten!-need to get a price for the front bit now! :?

how much? i bought some stainless and made mine from the down pipes back and it stood me at £50 quid

Don't know yet!-going tomorrow to a local guy who did my Cobra,he's good but not the cheapest!
I reckon around £200 but we'll see! :roll:

Well I guessed right!-new d/pipes with Hego bosses,flexi connected to the new mid and rear sections I'm supplying-£200, that'll do! :mrgreen:
Also found out that the gearbox rear seal is leaking,not bad but got one coming anyways! :roll:

She's 100% now mate,just wanted to replace the 'hash up' I did on the d/pipes!
This way the only thing that will rot/break will be the readily available rear section!
If you see what I mean? :wink:

mate yes i agree if it wasnt for my family i would be heading in that direction as well! :wink: :wink: it will only get alot worse here and soon fuel will be a good £7 a gallon! :shock: :shock:

My family went about 4 years ago,only me left,didn't take much convincing from the old man,he's loving it!-oh! and diesel is around 80pence a litre at the mo'! :shock:

Well as promised pics of the 'zorst!-got it back today ands sounds just right! 8)
Coupled to new oe boxes so I can replace em' if they rot,unlikely in spain tho'! LOL!
He even made a 'bling' stainless finisher for the tailpipe,nice man! :mrgreen:
